Using SudanBay

·         fail to deliver payments or items/services as agreed by you and a third party;

Abusing SudanBay

·         SudanBay and its users work together to keep the website working properly and the users safe. Please report problems, offensive content, and agreement violations to us.

·         SudanBay is not responsible for postings (adverts) that infringe upon copyright, trademark or other rights of third parties. However, if you believe that your rights have been violated, please notify us so that we can remove these kinds of postings from our website.

·         We may limit, suspend, or terminate our user accounts, prohibit access to our website, remove posted content, and take technical and legal steps to keep users off the website if we think that they are creating problems, possible legal liabilities, or acting inconsistently with our policies.

SudanBay Services

·         Using SudanBay and posting items is free of charge.

·         We do charge fees for offering commercial services (refer to the Commercial Advertising page).

·         When you use a service that has a fee you have an opportunity to review and accept the fees that you will be charged based on a mutual agreement.

Liability

·         SudanBay will not be hold responsible for users' actions or inactions, including things they post. We are not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers. We have no control over and do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of items advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, the ability of sellers to sell items, the ability of buyers to pay for items, or that a buyer or seller will actually complete a transaction.

·         In case of a dispute between users, SudanBay is released from claims, demands and damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

·         SudanBay has an automated submission service. Postings on the website are updated on a real-time basis and are proprietary or are licensed to SudanBay by our users or third parties.

Privacy

·         We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. You can access and modify the information you provide us and choose not to receive certain communications by signing-in to your account.
